3. Data collection when visiting our website

Ihre Daten werden zum einen dadurch erhoben, dass Sie uns diese mitteilen. Hierbei kann es sich z. B. um Daten handeln, die Sie in ein Kontaktformular eingeben. 4. Hosting
We host the content of our website with NVM GmbH, Erna-Berger-Str. 9, 01097 Dresden.

The processing of personal data during the hosting of our website is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing a reliable display of our website. 6. Contact form

Your information, including personal data from our contact form, is transmitted to us for processing your inquiry, further processing, and storage. This data is not collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your inquiries. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR.

7. Jobs, data collection of applicant data, Zvoove

For the automatic collection of your applicant data, we use the applicant management system of the software service provider Zvoove Group GmbH, von-Humboldt-Str. 2, 49835 Wietmarschen-Lohne, Phone: +49 5908 938-0 | Fax: +49 5908 938-101 | Email:  privacy@zvoove.com.

Data processing security is ensured through extensive technical and organizational measures (TOM). This includes using only secure connections via HTTPS and SSL. The application forms of Zvoove’s software service provider are embedded via an iFrame on our website. We use the “zvoove Recruit” electronic recruiting tool, particularly the job board, job ad creation and management, and applicant management, all of which comply with the respective data protection requirements. The use of the automatic applicant management system is justified by our legitimate interest in providing a simple path to an online application and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The transmission of your applicant data is based on your consent, according to Art. 6 para. 1 li. a GDPR.

8. Unsolicited application

For the collection of your applicant data, we also provide an input mask for an “Unsolicited Application” on our website. The following personal data is collected and processed: Name, First name, Email address. Additionally, and optionally, you can provide the following additional personal data: Phone number and mobile number.

The use of the “Unsolicited Application” input mask is justified by our legitimate interest in providing a simple path to an online application, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The transmission of your applicant data is based on your consent, according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

9. Social media

Facebook

This website integrates elements of the Facebook social network. The service provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. However, according to Facebook, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other third countries.

10. Google web fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. 11. Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period has been specified in this data protection notice, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. 12. Matomo

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) to analyze our website. With the help of Matomo, access to our website is recorded and analyzed anonymously. This is done without the use of tracking cookies. Your IP address is anonymized immediately after collection and before storage. For this reason, no further processing of personal data takes place. The use of this web analysis service is based on our legitimate interest in measuring reach and statistically analyzing the use of our website and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on this provision in terms of Art. 4 No. 4 GDPR. f) Data Portability
