As a service provider in the event sector, we recruit and provide personnel for a wide variety of event projects. From company parties and professional trade fair presentations to concerts and festivals – no event is too small or too big for us!

Our teams are working all over Saxony and Thuringia. Depending on the type of assignment, we also handle projects throughout Germany and even worldwide.

Workflow

This is how you book the personnel you need

Planning
  • You tell us the period of time, location, number and qualifications of the people you need.
  • We check which employees are available and calculate a free quote for you.
Assignment planning
  • You confirm the order. We assign the corresponding staff to your project – guaranteed.
  • We also assign a dedicated project manager to your project.
  • He / she is available to answer any questions and solves any problems that come up.
Deployment
  • The staff works for your project.
  • All working hours are noted.
  • At the end of the shift, one responsible person from your side as well as our team leaders sign these documents for double confirmation.
Completion

After the project has been completed, we settle the work assignment and send you the invoice.

Scaffer

Every stage, every concert and every festival needs scaffolders who are not doing their job for the first time. That’s why our scaffolders have several years of experience and are confident in handling layher, trusses and scaffolding structures.

This is what you get:

Our scaffolders have completed FISAT training, PSAgA training and a G41 examination.

Promoter

You can approach people openly, have a quick perception and love events? Then the promoter job is perfect for you.

Your tasks:

  • you are able to approach strangers, because you actively inform them about a service/product or an event
  • you speak German and English fluently

Your requirements:

  • a well-groomed appearance and good manners
  • a friendly and open manner
  • reliability, weather resistance, endurance

Rigger (m/f/d)

You love heights, climbing and on top of that you are skilled at manual work, then experience the events from a new perspective and become a rigger with us.

Your tasks:

  • with care and expertise, you install loads such as stage decorations, spotlights and speaker systems in the stage roof.
  • you will ensure the proper assembly, installation and operation of event-related load-bearing equipment.
  • you will support our motivated team during event set-up and dismantling

Requirements:

  • ability to work at heights and physical fitness
  • proof of event rigging qualification SQ Q2
  • interest and passion to build/construct something
  • craft training desirable, but not mandatory
  • willingness to travel for assignments in the immediate area
  • class B driver’s license
  • ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
  • independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

Stage builder / Steelhand (m/f/d)

You love trusses and you see the most diverse stage constructions as a challenge, then you are exactly right here in the varied event industry.

Your tasks:

  • assembly, disassembly and set up of event equipment, stages and event technology at concerts, festivals, trade fairs and events.
  • coordination of loading and unloading as well as return of exhibition material 
  • support of our team in the decoration and design of various exhibition booths and events.

Stage builder a job with potential!
If you want to develop yourself further, then you’ve come to the right place:

  • We will support your professional development by helping you to obtain your forklift licence or train as a Rigger Level 1 (here you will also work as a Grounder).

Requirements:

  • vocational training in the skilled trades (carpenter/joiner or scaffolder) is desirable.
  • friendly and open manner towards customers, suppliers and employees
  • physical fitness – because we need energetic people for event and trade fair constructions
  • ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
  • independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • a driver’s license would be desirable, but is not mandatory

Show Crew

Fully attentive and quick on the uptake.

With an eye for anything that needs to be done and a high degree of flexibility, this person contributes to a smooth flow in the backstage area and supports anything that has to be changed quickly during the show.

Spotlight drivers

These technology enthusiasts love the perfect illumination of the stage and are committed to ensuring that the artists are always shown in the perfect light during the show.

This is what you get:

Our spotlight drivers have experience in the event industry and are not operating the technology for the first time.

Forklift drivers

An extremely important position when setting up and dismantling events, stages, concerts and trade fairs, forklift trucks are the only way to move the heavy loads and make them manageable.

This is what you get:

The licence to drive a forklift. In addition, our industry-experienced forklift drivers help out with other tasks related to the set-up and dismantling of events.

Head crew

This team player is not only fit in the event industry, but has already gained numerous leadership experiences. He/She knows which hand is needed where and uses his team effectively.

Years of experience in the event industry with leadership skills and fluency in German and English.

Promoter

The promoter convinces with his open-minded nature and approaches strangers eloquently. In no time at all, he/she inspires people with services or products in all weathers.

In addition to weatherproof clothing, our reliable promoters have stamina and good humoured wit. Upon request, we offer promoters who not only speak German but also English, Spanish or Czech.

Kitchen help

Runner

Our Runners have an outgoing personality. They not only speak German and English fluently, they are also all-round organisational talents who know the city well, so they can cover all the errands needed for the event quickly whilst keeping economic aspects in mind.

Catering

The kitchen help loves the varied work in the event industry, from setting up the buffet to sorting the goods and offering the food. Because no matter what the event, the culinary supply is crucial for the mood backstage.

Dresser / wardrobe assistant

We know the world is crying out for equality, but this position predominantly requires females who speak English fluently. They make sure the artists & stars are perfectly dressed, before, after and during the show, by helping artists into costumes and preparing the wardrobe.

This is what you get:

Our wardrobe assistant does not operate a washing machine and an iron for the first time and convinces with her quick comprehension.

Service staff

This cheerful service worker loves dealing with people and knows all about mixed drinks. He/She also ensures that things run smoothly behind the scenes and can be deployed flexibly.

With experience in service, our service staff enjoy interacting with people and speak German and English.

Stagehand

Stagehands, also known as event helpers, are responsible for setting up and dismantling event technology at concerts, festivals, trade fairs and events. The spectrum includes the installation and removal of lighting, sound and video equipment, decorating and seating at the various events.

Physical fitness of the energetic tacklers with technical understanding, who love the variety in a humorous team.

Industrial climber

Industrial climbers love the variety of working at height and carry out assembly and maintenance work or clean facades.

This is what you get:

The FISAT-trained industrial climber has basic manual training and is physically fit.

Rigger

The trained rigger works with the highest concentration at height and installs important technical devices such as stage decorations, spotlights and loudspeaker systems for events.

This is what you get:

Our riggers have all completed training as height workers with the corresponding SQ Q2 certificate and PSAgA training.

Stage builder / Steelhand

Nothing works at festivals, concerts, trade fairs and events without a skilled stage builder. With their technical know-how, they take care of the assembly and dismantling of stages, podiums and grandstands as well as the event technology. They coordinate the loading and unloading of materials and take care of the quality control of the superstructures.

This is what you get:

Vocational training in a skilled trade, e.g. as a stage builder, carpenter, joiner or scaffolder. With experience in the industry, the reliable stage builders support every event.

Stagehand / Event helper (m/f/d)

As a stagehand, you will be part of the team, setting up and dismantling stage technology and event equipment at various concerts, festivals and events.

Requirements:

  • you are a mover & shaker and always see where a helping hand is needed.
  • you are familiar with manual work and you are physically fit.
  • as a friendly, open-minded person, you love working in a team.
  • you speak German or English and ideally both.
  • a driver’s license is desirable, but not mandatory.

Service employee (m/f/d)

As a service employee, you love dealing with people and have a polite and open-minded manner. You are not afraid to go the extra mile and enjoy serving food and drinks. Because you keep track of things, you see full tables and help clear them. If you already have experience in the area, you will also be entrusted with cashing up.

Requirements:

  • you are a reliable team player with a “hands on” mentality
  • a well-groomed appearance and good manners are important to you
  • you speak German or English and ideally both
  • you are no stranger to the job and have already gained experience

Dresser / Wardrobe assistant (m/f/d)

You can hardly be closer to the show! Right in the dressing room of the artists, you support the stars with your quick perception and dexterity and so ensure the flow of the show.

Requirements:

  • with your discreet and empathetic nature you support the performers with their costumes and outfits
  • you don’t hold an iron in your hand for the first time and know what is important when ironing shirts
  • your fluent German and English language skills enable you to quickly understand all tasks entrusted to you
  • you keep a cool head even in stressful situations and can improvise

Catering / Kitchen assistant (m/f/d)

As a catering assistant you will be live backstage at concerts and events. If you already have a health card, you will be working in the event kitchen preparing food and buffets. To avoid chaos in the backstage, you automatically see the tasks that have to be done and directly lend a hand.

That’s what you like to do:

  • preparing the food for the events and setting the scene accordingly
  • ensuring the smooth running of the backstage catering area
  • cleaning glasses, tidying up, loading and unloading of the dishwasher

Requirements:

  • you are a reliable team player with a “hands on” mentality
  • a well-groomed appearance and good manners are important to you
  • you speak German or English and ideally both

You want to move ahead:

  • we pay for your health card, so you have the chance to be hired for even more jobs

Runner (m/f/d)

You want to dive into the crazy world of events and are a real organizational talent? As a runner, you are the ultimate wish-fulfiller at events and concerts. You coordinate and take care of purchases so that all possible extra wishes can be fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • your fluent German and English underline your sociability and your open nature.
  • you are familiar with the wholesale market and know what it means to buy cost-oriented, because you fulfill the special requests of the artists and crew.
  • in stressful situations you keep your cool and remain reliable.
  • you didn’t just get your driver’s license yesterday.
