Personnel request

How do I book personnel from CORS?

You have two options to request personnel from us:

  • Contact us personally via phone or e-mail. Choose the right contact person here: https://cors360.com/contact/
  • Write down your request and send it to us using this contact form: Contact form or by mail to info@cors360.com

Urgent! Is it possible to book personnel at short notice?

We have a large pool of trained people in Saxony and Thuringia, so that we can realize your short-term request with high probability.

Please give us a minimum of 8 hours in the following cities:

Dresden / Leipzig / Chemnitz / Erfurt

Other areas will take longer.

What kind of personnel do you offer?

Our team consists of qualified employees in the following areas:

  • Rigging
  • Industrial climbing
  • Stage construction / Steelhands
  • Scaffolding
  • Forklift driving
  • Event technician (sound and light)
  • Show crew
  • Head Crew

This team is supplemented by employees with many years of professional experience and part-time workers in the following areas:

  • Stagehand
  • Runner
  • Dresser / wardrobe assistant
  • Catering help / Kitchen help
  • Service staff
  • Track marshal
  • Promoter

In which regions do you offer personnel?

Our teams are mostly working in Saxony and Thuringia. However, depending on the type of assignment, we handle projects throughout Germany and even worldwide. Please note that in smaller cities or remote locations, additional travel times and travel costs may have to be calculated.

Personnel booking

What are the legal conditions?

You have two options, depending on the type of project and job.

One variant is the contract for work and services:
Since our team is responsible for the respective trade in your project, we conclude a contract for work and services with you. For the entire duration of the project, CORS is the employer of the personnel and takes over the payroll accounting, the payment of social contributions and other employer risks.

Another variant is the permission to lease out employees:
We provide you with our personnel for your project so that you can manage them as required. As CORS, we continue to be responsible for payroll accounting and the payment of social security contributions. A special employee leasing contract is concluded with you for this purpose.

Operational procedure

How do I cancel staff?

You can cancel staff if you find that you need fewer people than expected. Please notify us of your cancellation in writing.

Our cancellation deadlines and associated cancellation fees are as follows:[1] 

  • Cancellation up to 10 working days before the start of the service:
    10% of the agreed net order value.
  • Cancellation up to 7 working days before the start of the service:
    30% of the agreed net order value
  • Cancellation up to 3 working days before the start of the service:
    50% of the agreed net order value.
  • Cancellation later than 3 working days before the start of the service:
    100% of the agreed net order value.

Working days = all days with the exception of Saturday, Sunday, and German National Holidays

How is the accounting done?

Our team leader and contact person on site records the hours of each of our employees on a time sheet and reconciles this with you after the assignment.If the project consists of several days, we coordinate the assignment times with you on a daily basis.

After your review of the hours and completion of the project, we will send you the invoice for the assignment.

What happens in the event of a short-term staff shortage?

We work with people every day and know that accidents, illnesses and other obstacles are never desirable, but happen all the time. This is why we always schedule replacement personnel.

If we are unable to provide the desired personnel due to unforeseen events, we immediately look for substitutes so that there are no difficulties in the realization of your project.

Zvoove App

If you have an employment contract with us or are in the applicant pool, we will inform you about possible jobs via app. You decide flexibly according to your schedule whether you want to work on the day advertised. Once you have decided on a job, you submit a binding application via the app. We then plan the final project and confirm the job or send you a rejection.

Zvoove App

In order for us to inform you about potential assignments, we ask you to download the app "Zvoove Work" as soon as you want to be included in the applicant pool or have already signed the employment contract. We will then activate you for the app and you will receive your password directly from Zvoove by email, your username is your email address. If you are assigned to a project, you will find out via Zvoove when you have to be where and who your contact person is.
