Apply for a job

  • open zvoove and click on the three menu bars at the top right corner
  • go to »event« or »news«
  • click onto »job offers«
  • within the job profile, you will see the project, the place and the time
  • click onto the event (job) to get more details, i.e. the contact person, the meeting point etc.
  • always check the details! if the project says set-up/dismantling, you apply automatically to both, i.e. the set-up and the dismantling of the project.
    Set-up always starts in the morning and continues into the afternoon.
    Dismantling usually starts around 22.00 o’clock, but is often individually agreed upon directly after the construction. Therefore: Do not leave the site without asking when you should come back for dismantling!
  • if you can only be present during the set-up or dismantling, please inform your personnel planner.
  • We will try to assign you to one of the respective positions. However, we prefer if employees are present for both shifts.
  • if you want to work on this job, click onto “apply”.
    If you can’t work on the proposed job, click onto “decline”.
  • Once you have applied, we plan the project in the background and will send you a confirmation with further information, which you can view directly in the app.
  • if you receive a rejection of your application, this has nothing to do with you! We often decide on a first-come / first-serve base or take our decisions based on efficient carpooling options.

Find your confirmed job

  • open zvoove and click on the three menu bars in the upper right corner
  • go to the heading »events«
  • click onto »jobs«
  • a list of all the jobs we have planned for you will appear
  • confirm the job again, so we are sure you have accepted it
  • afterwards, you will see additional details, i.e. location, meeting point, departure time, contact person, what to wear etc.

What to do when you can`t come

  • if you have fallen ill at short notice, please inform your personnel dispatcher immediately!
  • we will then retrieve your sickness certificate from your health insurance online.

Check your working hours

  • open zvoove and click on the three menu bars in the upper right corner.
  • go to »time tracking«
  • click onto »time overview«
  • this menu item gives you an overview about the days you worked and how many hours you have put in
  • please check your time overview only at the end of the month. Within the month, there are sometimes delays in the transfer of manually noted hours
  • weekend delay: Please take into account that we cannot record your working hours from the weekend immediately. All hours will be checked again by us and then entered, so please allow a little time.
  • total overview: you will find your total overview in the time account under the same heading.

Ask for a vacation

  • open zvoove and click on the three menu bars in the upper right corner.
  • click onto »time tracking«
  • click onto »vacation requests«
  • click onto the small »plus« in the lower right hand corner to add a new vacation request
  • if it is leftover vacation from the previous year or compensatory time off, write this in the “comment” field.
  • check your vacation request once again. Have you entered everything correctly?
  • click onto the circular icon with the cloud to submit your request
  • our support will receive your vacation request and come back to you within five working days.
  • if your vacation request is approved, it will also appear in the vacation requests tab. If your leave request is not approved, you will be notified with a comment at the same tab.

Entering working hours via the app.

  • Open Zvoove and click on the menu bars at the top right.
  • Under EVENT, click on Working hours.
  • Select the position for which you want to record the working hours. (driver, co-driver, stagehand etc.)
  • Important: select all employees by clicking on the square in front of their name -> the box turns blue
  • Then click on the arrow at the bottom right and select “Edit”.
  • Recording working hours: Start is the beginning of the set-up and end is the time at which the dismantling ends. Important: Please do not forget to enter the break. (Time between set-up and dismantling.
  • Then click on the arrow at the bottom right again and click on “Complete”.
  • Here you sign as team leader.
  • Then save and click on the arrow at the bottom right again.
  • Now please enter the name of your contact person on site and have them sign, then save again.
  • If there is no one available to sign on site, please sign with “s/o” followed by the customer’s name; otherwise, the hours cannot be transferred!
  • If you click on the arrow at the bottom right one last time after all the steps, the process is complete and your hours have been transferred to the accounting department.
  • Repeat from point 4 for all other positions

–> Important for drivers: Start is the time at which you set off and End is the time at which you return home. The working time is entered here as the break.

–> Important for co-drivers: Only one journey is entered here, usually the arrival. The start is the time at which you set off and the end is the time at which you arrive at the location.

APP Download

Zvoove App

In order for us to inform you about potential assignments, we ask you to download the app "Zvoove Work" as soon as you want to be included in the applicant pool or have already signed the employment contract. We will then activate you for the app and you will receive your password directly from Zvoove by email, your username is your email address. If you are assigned to a project, you will find out via Zvoove when you have to be where and who your contact person is.

Through Zvoove, you can not only see potential jobs and apply for them, you can also see your hours worked, enter your working hours and view your future work schedule.
